This may be the final painting.  I decided to bring back the foreground wave, and expose some sand and reflections from the rocks.  This strengthens the composition, and helps ground the rocks.

Two paintings completed during the Greg Lipelt workshop on portrait painting.  I especially like the portrait on the right.

It’s fun to capture the joy in this portrait.  What can be better than enjoying a sunny day together?  This painting captures a wonderful memory!

Here is the completed painting of a snow leopard, a magnificent animal.  I will make numbered giclee prints of this painting.  Perhaps the shop at the Como Zoo would like to sell prints of this painting.
